1 General Terms and Acceptance

Welcome to bk365. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bk365 ("the Company", "we", "our", "us"), governing your access to and use of the bk365 website at bk365.ws and all related services, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, crash games, and any other gaming products offered on the platform.

By accessing bk365.ws, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bk365 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall be the authoritative version in the event of any dispute or inconsistency. All communications between bk365 and players, including account correspondence, support interactions, and promotional materials, are conducted in English.

bk365 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform targeting the Bangladesh market. Players access and use the platform entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of bk365 complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. bk365 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction, and it is the player's responsibility to seek independent legal advice if they are uncertain about their local laws.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To access the full range of bk365 services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and cash deposits, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. bk365 operates a strict 18+ only policy across all products and jurisdictions.
• You are registering for personal use only. Corporate registrations, registrations on behalf of a third party, or use of the account for commercial gain outside of normal winning payouts are strictly prohibited.
• You are not currently self-excluded from bk365 or subject to any active exclusion from another regulated gaming operator.
• You have not previously had an account with bk365 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, contact email, and payment method details — is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are acting on your own behalf and using your own funds. Betting on behalf of another person, or using funds provided by a third party for wagering purposes, is not permitted.

bk365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during a player's account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a pattern of unusual account activity. Acceptable identity documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driver's licence. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended pending review.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential at all times. bk365 cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify bk365 support immediately at [email protected].

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

bk365 supports a range of payment methods specifically chosen to serve players in Bangladesh. Deposits and withdrawals are processed using the following accepted channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳).

The following rules govern all financial transactions on the bk365 platform:

• The minimum deposit amount via bKash or Nagad is ৳100. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer methods may differ; refer to the cashier section of your account for current minimums.
• Deposits are credited to your bk365 account balance within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. If a deposit does not appear within 10 minutes, contact our support team with the transaction reference number.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. bk365 does not process withdrawals to a different wallet or bank account than the one used for funding.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 60 minutes from the point of approval. During periods of high volume or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• bk365 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply standard transaction charges that are outside bk365's control.
• All funds deposited into your bk365 account must belong to you personally. The use of third-party payment methods — including using another person's bKash account — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension.
• bk365 reserves the right to request verification of any deposit or withdrawal before processing, including proof that the payment method is registered in your name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

bk365 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time. All payments must be processed through the supported Bangladesh-based payment channels listed above. This policy may be reviewed and updated in future; any changes will be communicated to registered players via account email and reflected in an updated version of these Terms.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

bk365 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") before any associated funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for bk365 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance. Real-money funds deposited by the player are wagered first. Bonus funds are wagered only after the real-money balance has been depleted during an active bonus period.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not converted within the validity period are forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly. They are intended for use on the bk365 platform only.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless bk365 explicitly states otherwise in the promotion's terms. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times — including via duplicate accounts — is a breach of these Terms.
• bk365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, the terms in place at the time of crediting will apply.
• Promotional offers are intended for recreational players. bk365 reserves the right to exclude any player from promotions at its discretion, including where a pattern of bonus exploitation is identified.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the bk365 platform — whether on sports markets, live casino games, slots, crash games, or any other gaming product — are governed by the following rules. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept these rules without reservation.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bk365 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the platform, except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred (see below).
• bk365 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a manifest pricing error is identified — for example, where odds were published at a value significantly different from the intended market price due to a technical error. Players will be notified of any voided bets and refunded the original stake.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet and within the individual game interfaces. bk365 reserves the right to adjust betting limits for individual accounts or market types without prior notice.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to brief suspension periods around key match events. Bets placed during a suspension period will be either voided or queued for acceptance at the next available price, depending on the market configuration. bk365 is not liable for delays in live market settlement caused by data provider interruptions.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 international fixtures, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the governing body at the conclusion of the event. Abandoned matches are settled according to the specific market rules applicable to each competition.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical dealing of cards and spinning of wheels conducted by Evolution Gaming or Ezugi studios. bk365 has no ability to influence game outcomes.
• Players must not use any software, algorithm, exploit, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. Any evidence of such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

6 Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

bk365 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent, abusive, and dishonest conduct on the platform. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the bk365 platform, whether under your own name or any alias, for any purpose including bonus abuse.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your account. This includes the use of bKash or Nagad numbers registered to another individual without their explicit consent.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including proceeds of crime, and subsequently attempting to withdraw them as gambling winnings.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games to manipulate outcomes in favour of one or more parties.
• Exploiting a technical error, system fault, or software bug to gain credits, winnings, or advantages not legitimately earned. Players who discover a technical error must report it to [email protected] immediately rather than exploiting it.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets without human interaction, or to scrape, harvest, or commercially exploit data from the bk365 platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event on which bets are offered. bk365 cooperates with sports governing bodies and law enforcement in investigations into match integrity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bk365 staff or other players through any communication channel.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

bk365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Failure to provide requested identity or payment verification documents within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity as described in Section 6 above.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion submitted through the account settings or via [email protected].
• Identification of the account holder as an underage individual (under 18 years of age).
• Inactivity: accounts that have not been logged into for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of ৳200 per month after the 12-month dormancy period, applied against the remaining account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Where an account is closed by bk365 for a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited at bk365's discretion, particularly where the breach involves fraud, bonus abuse, or underage gambling. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (including self-exclusion requests), any real-money balance net of pending bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — for any reason, including responsible gaming concerns — should contact [email protected]. Requests for permanent self-exclusion will be actioned within 24 hours. During the processing period, the player should refrain from placing further bets. bk365 cannot accept liability for bets placed between the submission of a self-exclusion request and its activation.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk365 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to the following:

• Financial losses incurred through gambling on the bk365 platform. All gambling involves risk and the possibility of losing your entire deposited balance. bk365 is not liable for gambling losses, which are an inherent feature of the service.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, system downtime, or communication failures that prevent you from accessing your account or placing bets, including interruptions caused by third-party service providers, payment processors, or network infrastructure.
• Delays in payment processing caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other payment partner, where the delay is outside of bk365's direct control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Inaccuracies in live sports data or odds information provided by third-party data suppliers, where such inaccuracies are corrected after bet placement.

Nothing in these Terms limits bk365's liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law, including fraud committed by bk365 or its employees, death or personal injury caused by bk365's negligence, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with general principles of contract and consumer protection applicable to online services. Any dispute arising from your use of bk365 that cannot be resolved directly with our support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected], and bk365 will make reasonable efforts to resolve it fairly and promptly.
